Shipping is handled exclusively by the United States Postal Service Priority Mail service unless other arrangements are made. All shipments (except small packets) will include a tracking number, but will not include insurance unless requested, and paid for, by the customer.
Shipping rates are calculated from Youngstown, OH, 44512, USA, using the weight and zone calculation method for Priority or Express Mail.
Please note that due to high demand, rail products are currently experiencing a delay of 2-4 weeks for shipment. We ask that you keep this in mind when placing your order and orders will be filled in the order in which they were received.
Returns will be accepted provided that the set is received back in essentially the same condition in which it was received within two weeks of delivery.
Should a buyer discover missing parts to any kit, new parts or a new set, at the seller's option, will be dispatched as soon as practical to the buyer. If you discover missing pieces, please contact us using our Customer Service Form.
